At Krafty Ash, all of our products are customized and specially designed to meet your specific requests, and therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if a mistake was made on our end (such as incorrect customization or the wrong product), we are happy to offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- You notify us of the issue within 5 days of receiving your item.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- A refund will be issued once the returned product is received.
We understand the importance of tracking your order, which is why I will share the shipping receipt with you once the product is sent, so you can track it directly. For added peace of mind, I will also make and send you a full video of the packing process before shipment to ensure everything is handled with care.
Important:
If your product arrives damaged, no compensation will be provided unless the shipping company offers compensation. Rest assured, all products—whether fragile or not—are packaged securely and with the utmost care to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
